Email subscriptions and the AI Growth Starter Kit
When you request the Vanteloop AI Growth Starter Kit or join the email list, we may process your email address, subscription and confirmation status, the form or source through which you subscribed, and technical or engagement information made available through our email service provider.
Messages you send us
If you contact Vanteloop, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation, message and any other information you choose to include.
Website and performance information
We use Cloudflare to host, deliver, secure and measure the performance of the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured as a privacy-first analytics service. According to Cloudflare, its Web Analytics service does not use cookies or localStorage for usage metrics and does not collect or use visitors' personal data for Web Analytics.
Separate technical request and security data may be processed by Cloudflare as necessary to deliver and protect the website.
3. Why do we process personal data?

| Delivering the Starter Kit and requested email sequence | Your consent and the action you take to request the resource |
| Sending newsletters or future Vanteloop emails | Your consent; you can withdraw it at any time |
| Responding to questions or requests | Our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us, or steps requested by you |
| Operating, securing and improving the website | Our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable and secure website |

4. Email marketing and double opt-in
Vanteloop uses a confirmation step (double opt-in) for the Starter Kit email signup. After submitting your email address, you are asked to confirm it before becoming an active subscriber.
Every marketing email should provide a way to unsubscribe. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Service providers
Kit
We use Kit, Inc. for the embedded subscription form, confirmation emails, delivery of the Starter Kit and automated email sequences. Kit processes subscriber data on our behalf under its data processing terms.
Kit is based in the United States. Kit states that international transfers may rely on mechanisms including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Cloudflare
We use Cloudflare for website delivery, DNS, security and Web Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for aggregated traffic and performance information. It is not used by Vanteloop for behavioural advertising.
6. International data transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards made available by the relevant provider and applicable data-protection law, including adequacy frameworks or contractual safeguards where relevant.
7. How long do we keep data?
Subscriber data is generally kept while you remain subscribed. After an unsubscribe or deletion request, limited information may be retained where necessary to honour your opt-out, demonstrate compliance or meet legal obligations.
Contact messages are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain relevant correspondence or meet a legal obligation.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR and applicable Belgian law, you may have the right to:
- request access to your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of personal data;
- request restriction of processing;
